General Booking Terms Payments: All payments for products or services must be made in advance. Weekly Recurring Sessions: Payments for weekly recurring sessions must be made on the first of each month for the sessions scheduled in that month. Cancellations: To cancel a session and be eligible for a full refund, notice must be given to the admin team and the tutor at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Where possible, the session can be rescheduled, subject to availability. Rescheduling: To reschedule a session without any additional fees, a notice of at least 12 hours is required. If a rescheduling notice is given with less than 12 hours’ notice, the cost of the original session will not be refunded, and a new session will need to be booked with fees paid in advance. Course Booking Terms All courses must be paid for in advance via the website or through an invoice, which is available upon request. Cancellations: You may cancel the course booking up to 7 days before the start date of the course. To be entitled to a full refund, cancellations must be made before the 7 day mark, any cancellations made with less than a 7 day warning will not be refunded or credited back. Missed Sessions: If a session is missed, we may be able to facilitate a spot in another session to cover the content, subject to availability. However, any missed sessions will not be refunded or credited back. We ask that you join the class 5-10 minutes before the start time. This ensures you are set up with any necessary software/devices and the class can begin promptly. If you do not arrive for your class, it will be treated as a “no-show,” and you will be charged the full amount for the class. When booking a course, please note that all bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or date transfers. In some circumstances, we can transfer your booking if your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee. Alternatively, you may fill the place yourself and provide us with the new attendee’s details. Should a course be cancelled by the tutor, you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative session. Once you have committed to a course, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to gain the greatest benefit from the course.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from SmartX Tutoring.Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with SmartX Tutoring. SmartX Tutoring reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. SmartX Tutoring also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from SmartX Tutoring again, just sign up as you did the first time and SmartX Tutoring will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at admin@smartxtutoring.uk. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes
