Set Goals – Instead of setting a time frame for how long and when you will revise, set goals/tasks.
Benefit: Setting goals, as opposed to setting a time frame, allows you to complete tasks faster. If you set a schedule to work from 2 pm to 4 pm, for example, your mind automatically feels constrained by these timings. However, if you say, “I need to complete 5 tasks from my task list,” your mind is rewired to think that once those tasks are completed, you will be free thereafter.
