HOW IT WORKS:

1. Enrolment

To enroll, complete the booking form below and make the necessary payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you, which includes links to our Google Classroom portal, where the pre-course materials are available.

2. Preparation Phase

All students must complete the pre-course work set in Google Classroom. This work consists of a 2024 predicted paper that you must complete and submit at least 24 hours before the class. Upon submission, our expert team will mark the paper and provide tailored feedback.

3. The Session

The session takes place as follows:

First Hour: The tutor will address common errors and misconceptions, as well as cover challenging questions.

Second Hour: You will engage in subject-based interactive activities. These activities are designed to lighten the mood, build morale, and boost your        confidence for the exam.

Final 15 Minutes: The tutor will share techniques to help you manage exam-day nerves and stay focused.

The first A level Biology paper is on the 5th of June 2024, the first session of this course will take place on the 4th of June 2024 (night before the exam)

  • Recap of all required practicals + common practical related questions
  • Top tips and tricks for tackling challenging questions
  • Tailored marked feedback
  • Exam day anxiety techniques
  • Interactive activities to recap key content
    Key paper 1 content:
    1. Biological molecules
    2. Cells
    3. Organisms exchange substances with their environment
    4. Genetic information, variation and relationships between organisms

Our courses are designed to spread a little “Exam Eve” cheer and get students feeling confident for their paper reducing the risk of blanking out during the exam.

Our Aproach

Our courses are designed to provide the support needed to succeed in your exams, the style is often like a crash course, and schedules are quite close to upcoming exams. This allows out tutors to reinforce the learning you've already done leading up to your exams and tackle some areas we know student struggle

Packages

We keep our course packages simple, you can either book the whole course period which is spread over 2 weeks or just 1 week. We recommend attending both weeks if possible for the full experience, however we do structure our courses so that the most common topics are covered in the 1st week and deeper learning in the 2nd week so that students attending only the 1st week still gain as much knowledge as possible!
